Kamati Tendaji ya TNBC
The Executive Committee has a responsibility of supervising day-to-day activities of the Council. It oversees implementation of the TNBC objectives and its functions including what has been agreed during the TNBC meetings. The Executive Committee includes the following: -
- The Chief Secretary (Chairperson).
- The TPSF Chairperson (Co-Chairperson).
- Four (4) Members from the Public Sector.
- Four (4) Members from the Private Sector.
- The Executive Secretary of TNBC Secretariat.
The Executive Committee is charged with the following functions: -
- To exercise such functions as the Council may delegate to it.
- To draw rules and procedures for all meetings of the TNBC and its committees.
- To draw procedures and protocols for handling and routing the decisions agreed in TNBC meeting including monitoring and implementation of the decisions made.
- To appoint officers of the Secretariat on such terms and conditions as the Council may determine.
- To appoint auditors for the purpose of annually auditing the accounts of the Council.
- To appoint working committees as and when required.
- To oversee the work of the Secretariat.
- To prepare the agenda and notice to TNBC meetings.
